SOY-SAUCE SERIES

Partnership with one of the biggest soy sauce factories in Taiwan. Founded in 1909, it originates from Xiluo Town, Yunlin County, the birthplace of traditional soy sauce in Taiwan. Maruzhuang Foods not only adheres to the pure black bean soy sauce brewed using ancient methods but also employs a new fermentation technology for soybean wheat soy sauce.

It is one of the few soy sauce factories in the industry that simultaneously utilizes two brewing processes. Our factory has obtained professional certifications such as ISO and HACCP, ensuring that consumers can enjoy our products with peace of mind.
